Understanding Healthy Boundaries
Boundaries are the guidelines we set for ourselves and others that define what is acceptable behavior. They demonstrate clear expectations and foster safety and respect in both personal and professional relationships. Boundaries also help us manage our time and workload, communicate more effectively, and preserve a healthier work-life balance.
